Dan Gilbert's Bedrock announced Tuesday that high-end condos at Hudson's Detroit on Woodward, in the heart of downtown, are officially up for sale. They're slated to open in 2027.
The Residences at The Detroit EDITION include 96 high-rise condos that sit atop The Detroit EDITION hotel at 1208 Woodward Avenue. They range from one to four bedrooms and 720 to more than 4,500 square feet. Prices start in the $600,000s.
“The Residences at The Detroit EDITION delivers a one-of-a-kind residential product to Detroit in the heart of all that our great city has to offer,” Gilbert, founder and chairman of Bedrock, said in a statement. “From sweeping views of the skyline and Detroit River to unparalleled amenities with close proximity to the dynamic retail and restaurant scene at the ground level on Woodward Avenue, The Residences open the door to this landmark development and burgeoning downtown.”
The condos are designed by SHoP Architects, and the interiors are the work of Yabu Pushelberg.
Condo features include floor-to-ceiling windows and 10-foot-high ceilings.
Residents will have full access to The Detroit EDITION hotel amenities, including a pool, fitness center, in-residence dining, spa services, and more than 16,000 square feet of event space, a press release said.
